Devir and Perro Loko Games Announce New Projects
- In 2025, Devir Games will team up with Perro Loko Games to release two games in English-speaking markets.
- Phoenix New Horizon and Koinobori will arrive in North America in Q2-Q3 of 2025.

Friday, January 31 2025 – Devir Games and Perro Loko Games will team up in 2025 to launch two games that are new to the North American market. This is a new project for both companies and begins what could evolve into a long-term partnership down the road.
Phoenix New Horizon is a Euro-style game set on post-apocalyptic Earth, in which players discover new technologies that allow them to emerge from the Earth’s surface and reinhabit the planet. The multilingual European version was a smash success at Spiel Essen 2024, selling out in hours and drawing positive reviews from critics and fans. It plays in roughly 30 minutes per player and will be available in English-speaking markets in June 2025.
Koinobori is a small-format card game in which players assemble a collection of beautiful traditional windsocks that works in harmony. It was also a big success in Essen, enjoyed by both casual and advanced gamers. Koinobori plays in about 45 minutes and will be available in July of 2025.
