Are you missing components or some parts arrived damaged?
We are truly sorry. We hope this experience does not affect your overall enjoyment of our games. Rest assured we will be taking care of this for you.
If you find missing or damaged parts in your newly purchased game published or distributed by DEVIR, and if that game is currently not out-of-print, we will do our very best to replace those parts without charge.
Please note that we do not replace complete games that have missing or damaged parts. Also, note that we generally do not replace game boxes or the cardboard or plastic liners that come with them.
In the case of replacement orders meant to be delivered within the USA or Canada we will ship parts via United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEX. A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as the package leaves the warehouse. In the case of international orders, we will also use United States Postal Service (USPS), however, we might not be able to provide a tracking number.
All replacement parts requests will be processed within 5 business days after its receipt, however, should you do not hear back from us within that timeframe, or if the form does not cover your particular concern, you may contact us directly sending an email to [email protected]
